IDIES is created the 24.01.2006 in Sofia as a non governmental organization in the main objective to stimulate the development, the innovations and the active behavior in the areas of education and science in Bulgaria, in order to facilitate its integration in the global world and in European unified space, following the principles of knowledge-based economy, ethics, new technologies, communications and life-long learning.
